ITPSA attends International Exhibition of Poultry and Livestock (SIAG) 2014
Seville (Spain) hosted from 25th to 28th March the second edition of the International Exhibition of Poultry and Livestock (SIAG) wherein ITPSA participated as a sponsor and exhibitor. It is a biennial reference exhibition in Spain that brings together some of the leading firms associated with poultry and livestock, both nationally and internationally. This fair offers a professional meeting point for livestock, poultry technicians, veterinarians, agronomists and other professionals related with equipment for farms and veterinary laboratory. PITPSA attendees were: Felio Calafat (ITPSA Commercial Director), Francesc Cots, Concepció Cid, Manuel Martin, Luis Pedro Miguel and Belen Hernández, all members of ITPSA Commercial department and who had the opportunity to show their products and innovations besides having meetings in ITPSA own booth. The importance of training in the SIAG The SIAG also offers a comprehensive training program consisting of lectures, panel discussions, workshops and industry meetings that update the most current issues in the livestock sector. In addition, the SIAG prioritizes practical approach, with workshops and live demonstrations with the aim of being applied in the management of the farm. The sectors represented were pigs, sheep, goats, horses, cattle, feed manufacturers and the pharmaceutical industry, who had the opportunity to hold their assemblies and meetings within the SIAG. One of the most closest collaborators of the fair is the University of Seville, who also offered attendees some of their areas of expertise in animal production. Under the SIAG, the Royal School of Poultry, the organizer of the fair, also welcomed a new edition of its Professional Conference Poultry, whose celebration is repeated annually since 1996 and are the largest gathering of professionals in poultry in the Iberian Peninsula. In its latest edition, the conference brought together nearly a thousand professionals who, over a week, gathered to expand their knowledge, enhance their practice and deepen extensively in the latest technical advances and avian management.Trackback from your site.
